Born and raised in Southeast Wisconsin with my parents and three brothers, I am now based just south of Chicagoland. I attended Olivet Nazarene University, where I graduated in August 2010 with my B.S. in Art and a concentration in Photography. I stayed at Olivet to complete my M.B.A. while working in the Office of Marketing Communications as the campus photographer. I met my husband that year, and we were married in August of 2011.

In October, 2012, I officially launched Resolution Photography. In 2013, I began to freelance for the local newspaper, covering sporting events and news stories. Around the same time, I began working in the IT department at Olivet, as well.

My husband, Scott, and I live in Bourbonnais, Illinois, the summer home of the Chicago Bears, personally I cheer on the Packers, about an hour south of Chicago. Because we live in a small town we love to travel. We love exploring and seeing new things. Whether it is planes, trains, or automobiles, we love getting out.

Photography has taken me all over the country, giving me the opportunity to meet new people and make all sorts of great new friends! It has been very rewarding to meet so many people, and I am honored that people consistently welcome me into their families' most precious moments to make memories that will last a lifetime.
